Whitson's water based white primer is a high bonding primer that adheres to difficult to paint surfaces allowing any water based top coat to be applied over it. Suitable for various substrates, including plastics, glass, tiles, melamine, laminate, old gloss paintwork, modern factory finishes and kitchen cabinets.
It is not a bare wood primer and will not stop bleed through.
